Monastery Candle Shop
The Monastery Candle Shop is an apostolate of St Bernard Abbey, a Benedictine monastery situated in North Alabama. Our mission is to proclaim the Gospel and share the Christian faith through St. Bernard Preparatory School, The Ave Maria Grotto, Our retreat Center and The Monastery Candle Shop. We produce a wide variety of candles, from palm based candles to paraffin wax. We are always striving to add new products to our line. In this coming year (2009) we plan to move into a bigger building, this will allow us increase our production and add a few more exciting new products (update) we have moved into a bigger building and will be increasing our production! We have also launched an online prayer chapel where you can light a candle for a loved one or for whatever intention you may like.
